Shuna Lovelle - Sunshine Dreamer
Shuna Lovelle is an Edinburgh based folk pop singer / songwriter, whose latest single Sunshine Dreamer is released today, 27 March 2020.
Shuna released first single Little Love Birds back in July after her collaborative tracks with Edinburgh DJ and producer Alex Tronic hit No.1 in the iTunes Chill Out Lounge. The single grabbed the interest of BBC Introducing in the North East with Nick Roberts championing not only the track but her performance at Lindisfarne Festival.
In the last year, Shuna has been shortlisted as one to watch at Lindisfarne Festival 2019, supported Ben Ottewell from Gomez and Echobelly on their UK Acoustic Tours as well as playing other Scottish festival stages.

Shuna tells me that the inspiration for the track came in a dream like form hence the title track.
But when listening to the lyrics it may well have been a premonition of our current times of self isolation. The song kicks off and has the recurring lyrics “I I I want to walk with you and I I I want to talk with you” and could sum up perfectly the hope of us getting through the crisis and the brighter times ahead.
It is a really beautiful song and deserves a lot of recognition, this young singer has a bright future ahead of her.
