Born Lewis Bigham in 1995, Glassmasterer is multi genre musician originating from Scotland. 

Officially becoming Glassmasterer in late 2016, he released two twin EPs in early 2017 on Glasgow label Cat In The Attic called Dabble and Deed. Quickly establishing himself as an underground producer/DJ, he went on to perform across the country including several BBC Introducing events.

In 2018 he turned his focus to collaborating with underground Scottish based artists, becoming interested in pop, hip-hop and disco, and released two double A-side singles, Last Chance To Make Plans/GhGhGhGhost! and Be Here Tonight/Heatwave, featuring synth duo Chuchoter, rapper/poet Zenga The Titan, soul outfit Bourbon Street 5, and virtuoso guitarist Jack Hinks. 

In late 2019 he sought a more stripped back sound, and released the minimal What Are My Chances? with singer Katherine Aly and the brooding jazz instrumental Up Sleeves with jazz trio Archipelago, the latter of which was added to the Specialist playlist on AmazingRadio.

This year he released the mellow, grooving, confusingly titled Untitled (February 19) ! which was added to the Scotify playlist on Spotify.

His latest release is Dawn Runner which is a chilled electro dance track, it’s rhythm is set by a hypnotic drum beat, and the track is constructed by layering in different sounds to keep the beat fresh and keep your arms in the air.

It has a very mesmerising melody, it totally ties you in to the track and has you grooving along, it’s one for those Summer evening barbecues now that you are allowed some friends in the garden, grab a beer and chill to the beats that are being layed down by Dawn Runner.

This track has a great relaxing beat and is sure to garnish some attention from specialist playlists and mainstream outlets to boot !!
