The Shed Project - Feel My Love

IMG_1494.jpeg

The Shed Project are a blissful highly melodic northern guitar band from Bolton, they are Roy (vocals), John (rhythm), Tim (lead), Vince (bass) and Mike (drums).

They originally started off as a three piece with everything from writing, demos, mixing and mastering done in John’s garden shed (hence the name).

The guys have been prolific songwriters seeing Livin’, One Shot, Lucky Number, Do It and Bedtime all released in 2020.

Their first release in 2021 was Feel My Love which dropped on Friday 26 February.

In a strange kinda way The Shed Project who draw inspiration from The Stone Roses write a song taking an imaginary and introspective perspective from Ian Brown about their break up.

Feel My Love is a track that brings us the soaring guitar melodies that we have come to expect from The Shed Project and they will already have you hooked before the keys and punchy drums kick in.

And again they deliver on an ear worm of a chorus when Fletcher sings “cause I love you so, why do I feel so low ? cos there things going on in my head, so why can’t you feel the love instead ?, you gonna feel my love, feel my love, feel my love”.

That chorus will ring around your head long after the track is finished.

The Shed Project are a band who are certainly grabbing attention with their infectious melodies and sing along choruses and Feel My Love certainly enhances that reputation and makes them a must see live band.
